Please review the following information before reserving our marquee letters or numbers.

Pickup, Return & Delivery

Marquees are picked up and returned in Chadbourn, NC at the agreed-upon time. Delivery is available for an additional fee, with additional charges for locations outside the Whiteville/Chadbourn area. Late returns may result in additional fees.

Care & Transportation

Marquees must be returned in the same condition received. Do not drag, climb, sit, lean on, or attach anything to the marquees—including balloons, tape, glue, vinyl, or decorations—without prior approval. Customers picking up are responsible for safely transporting and securing the marquees.

Weather & Safety

Keep marquees on a stable surface and away from water, rain, high winds, open flames, and other hazards. Always unplug them before moving. Do not alter or attempt to repair bulbs, cords, wiring, or other electrical components.

Damage & Loss

The renter is responsible for the marquee(s) and all included equipment from pickup/delivery until return. Any damage, loss, theft, missing items, or excessive cleaning may result in repair or replacement charges. If an item cannot be repaired, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost.

Problems During Your Rental

If a marquee falls, becomes damaged, stops working, or you notice any other issue, contact Diana's DIY Designs immediately. Please do not attempt to repair it yourself.

Rental & Deposit

A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your date, and a refundable damage deposit and/or valid payment method may also be required. Rentals are not reserved until the required payment has been received.

Responsibility & Liability

Marquees may not be loaned or transferred to another person. Diana's DIY Designs is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from improper use, handling, placement, or transportation of the marquees while in the renter's possession.

Agreement

By reserving, paying for, or taking possession of a marquee rental, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and accept responsibility for the equipment while it is in your possession.
